Jon Hartman, CFA, MBA
CO-FOUNDER
Jon Hartman joined the Oppenheimer Funds Global Equity team in 2012 and spent his entire career as the dedicated analyst, and most recently, Associate Portfolio Manager on the Global Focus Fund, a concentrated global equity strategy. In his role, Jon was directly responsible for company research, idea generation and portfolio construction. During his tenure, Jon helped scale the Global Focus Fund from $80mn to $4.5bn. He has covered multiple industries spanning global markets including: information technology, communication services, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, financials, and industrials. Through his research efforts, Jon had the opportunity to meet with hundreds of companies across the world. Jon graduated from Bucknell in 2013 with a BA in Economics and a minor in Accounting. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and received his MBA from Columbia Business School in 2020.

Jim Burke, CFA
CO-FOUNDER
Jim Burke joined Oppenheimer-Invesco in 2019 as Senior Analyst to work directly with Jon on the Global Focus Fund. During this time, Jim was a generalist with focus areas including healthcare, medical technology, life science tools, semi conductors, industrial gases, aerospace, and software-enabled businesses. Previously, he worked at Morgan Stanley in a range of credit products before joining JH Lane Partners, a start-up distressed credit hedge fund that successfully scaled during his tenure. At JH Lane and Morgan Stanley, Jim covered several industries, including commodities, energy, industrials, consumer discretionary, and software. Jim has extensive experience across the capital structure, from high yield and distressed debt to growth equities. Jim graduated from MIT in 2013 with BS degrees in Mathematics and Management, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).​
